Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 36 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping

Pudding Layers

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 3 cups cold milk (1 1/2 cups for each pudding box)

Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • Christmas sprinkles
  • Mini M&Ms or holiday candies

Instructions

  1. Make Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies finely and combine them with the melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form an even crust layer. Chill the crust to set it firmly.
  2. Cream Cheese Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping to create a light and creamy layer. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
  3. Prepare Puddings: Prepare the instant chocolate and vanilla pudding according to package instructions, using 1 1/2 cups of cold milk for each pudding box. Let the puddings set briefly until they thicken.
  4. Layer the Puddings: Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer first, followed by an even layer of vanilla pudding on top of the chocolate.
  5. Finish the Dessert: Top the layered puddings with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping. Decorate the top with Christmas sprinkles and mini M&Ms or holiday candies for a festive touch. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow all layers to set completely before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, chill the crust thoroughly before adding the cream cheese layer to prevent mixing of layers.
  • You can substitute the Oreo cookies with another chocolate sandwich cookie if desired.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese and whipped topping for a richer texture.
  • Letting the dessert chill overnight enhances the layering flavors.
  • Make sure puddings are fully set before layering to avoid mixing.
