Chicken Seasoning

  • 2 large chicken breasts (Approximately 1 pound total)

Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • Olive oil spray (for outside of wraps)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss thoroughly to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 3-5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping the strips halfway through, until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas. On each tortilla, arrange a layer of fresh spinach leaves, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and then add the cooked chicken strips.
  5. Roll the Wraps: Tightly roll each tortilla to enclose all the fillings securely. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray to help crisp the surface during the final air frying.
