Ingredients

Scale

Flatbread Base

  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads)

Spread

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons mustard

Filling

  • 1 cup cooked, pulled pork (leftovers or frozen section)
  • 1/2 cup diced deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flatbreads: Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the Stonefire Naan flatbreads. Drizzle the mustard evenly on top of the mayo to create a flavorful base layer.
  2. Add the meat and cheese: Place half of the pulled pork and diced deli ham on each flatbread. Then, layer 4 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the meat on each flatbread. Follow by adding the remaining pulled pork and ham, and finish by sprinkling the diced pickles evenly.
  3. Cook the flatbreads: Preheat your oven or Traeger grill/smoker to 375°F (190°C). Place the prepared flatbreads inside and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the flatbread is warmed through.
  4. Serve: Remove the flatbreads from heat, slice into portions, and serve immediately to enjoy the melty, savory Cuban flavors.

Notes

  • You can substitute deli ham with any smoked ham you have on hand for a similar flavor.
  • If you don’t have a Traeger grill, a conventional oven works just as well for baking these flatbreads.
  • Use your favorite mustard type; spicy brown or yellow mustard both work well.
  • Leftover pulled pork from a previous meal also makes this recipe very quick and easy to prepare.
  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking—but watch closely to prevent burning.
