Wet Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
Chocolate & Marshmallows
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (extra)
Cereal
- Prepare Pan: Butter or grease a 9×13 inch baking pan thoroughly to ensure the bars don’t stick after setting.
- Melt Ingredients: In a large saucepan, combine 5 cups mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup. Place over low heat and gently stir with a rubber spatula until everything is completely melted and smooth.
- Mix Cereal and Marshmallows: Remove the melted mixture from the heat and place it on a heatproof surface. Immediately stir in the 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows, mixing well even though it will be very sticky.
- Transfer to Pan: Spoon the sticky batter into the prepared pan. Use the back of a spatula, lightly greased to prevent sticking, to press and flatten the mixture evenly in the pan.
- Set Bars: Allow the bars to cool and harden at room temperature for about 60 minutes before cutting into squares for serving.

- You can substitute margarine for butter if preferred.
