These Golden Grahams S’Mores Bars are a deliciously gooey and crunchy treat combining mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, and Golden Grahams cereal. Perfect for an easy no-bake dessert that feels like camping in every bite.

  • 5 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup

Chocolate & Marshmallows

  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (extra)

Cereal

  • 7 cups Golden Grahams

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Butter or grease a 9×13 inch baking pan thoroughly to ensure the bars don’t stick after setting.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a large saucepan, combine 5 cups mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup. Place over low heat and gently stir with a rubber spatula until everything is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Mix Cereal and Marshmallows: Remove the melted mixture from the heat and place it on a heatproof surface. Immediately stir in the 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows, mixing well even though it will be very sticky.
  4. Transfer to Pan: Spoon the sticky batter into the prepared pan. Use the back of a spatula, lightly greased to prevent sticking, to press and flatten the mixture evenly in the pan.
  5. Set Bars: Allow the bars to cool and harden at room temperature for about 60 minutes before cutting into squares for serving.

  • You can substitute margarine for butter if preferred.
