Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, unflavored protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to evenly distribute all dry components.
  2. Add Yogurt to Form Dough: Mix in the plain unsweetened Greek yogurt. Stir until you form a sticky dough that holds together but is slightly tacky to the touch.
  3. Divide and Shape Dough: Lightly flour your work surface and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a smooth ball shape.
