A simple and delicious Peanut Butter Pretzel Bark combining creamy white chocolate, peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and salty pretzels for the perfect sweet and salty snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate Mixture

  • 1 (12 oz) bag White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Add-ins

  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 3/4 cup Crushed Pretzels

Instructions

  1. Prepare baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside to ensure the bark doesn’t stick and to make it easy to remove once set.
  2. Melt chocolate and peanut butter: Over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter in a saucepan. Stir frequently until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Add peanuts and pretzels: Stir the peanuts and crushed pretzels into the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture until they are evenly distributed.
  4. Spread mixture: Pour the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper and spread it out into an even, thin layer, ensuring the bark will set uniformly.
  5. Chill and set: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to allow the bark to harden completely. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and break the bark into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter for a smooth texture that blends well with the chocolate.
  • Be careful when melting the chocolate and peanut butter to avoid burning; low heat and constant stirring help prevent this.
  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle a little sea salt on top before chilling.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • You can substitute salted or unsalted peanuts depending on your salt preference.
