Delicious and easy-to-make S’more Bars that combine a buttery graham cracker crust with melted chocolate chips and toasted mini marshmallows, perfect for a nostalgic treat without the campfire.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter

Topping

  • 4 cups Chocolate chips
  • 1 package Mini marshmallows (about 10 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare it for baking the crust.
  2. Grease pan: Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Mix crust: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  4. Form crust: Press the graham cracker mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake crust: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 8 minutes to set the crust.
  6. Add toppings: Remove the pan from the oven and evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the hot crust, then top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Bake again: Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted.
  8. Cool and chill: Allow the bars to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate to help them set firmly.
  9. Serve: Once chilled, cut into bars and enjoy your gooey, chocolatey s’more dessert.

Notes

  • Use full-size marshmallows if mini are not available, but adjust baking time accordingly.
  • For a richer flavor, use a mix of milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Press the crust firmly to avoid crumbling when cutting the bars.
  • Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Optional: Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a salted caramel flavor twist.
